How do I pay for courses for my team members?

Every employee who takes a course must be set up as an individual Learner.  You may purchase the course on their behalf, but please use their name and email address since they are the Learner.  The Learner will automatically receive a link with information on how to take the course.  All courses must be purchased individually, using the Learner's name.  Unfortunately we cannot support a single purchase of a group of Learners.

How do I monitor & ensure that an employee has taken the course? 

The courses are set up so that all Learners must watch a minimum of 90% of the videos and receive a 70% or above on the combined quizzes in order to pass.  If the Leaner has succesfully done this, they will receive a Certificate of Completion, which they can download at the end.  The Learner may then forward this to you to prove they have successfully completed the course.  A Dashboard for checking a Learner's progress on the course is not available.

What do I do if I purchase a course for a new employee but they quit or are fired prior to taking the course?

In the event a course has been purchased for a Learner who leaves prior to starting it, please email fourleggedlife@gmail.com, and we will issue a refund for the course.  

I have issues logging in, what should I do?

You can click on the Forgot Password link to reset your password from the login screen. We will send the new password to your registered email address. Try to login with the new password.
If the issue still persists, email fourleggedlife@gmail.com with the issue details, including the browser you are using, type of device and screen shots.

I am unable to access the Course, what should I do?

Please check whether you are using the same email, which was used for purchasing/using the access code. Check for the course in your My Course section. If you still do not see the course, please drop an email to fourleggedlife@gmail.com. Be sure to include the browser you are using, type of device and screen shots.
